Here is our guide to handling the situation:

1.- Do not turn off the affected devices. Contact us urgently by phone, and we will initiate a forensic process to extract the contents of the RAM.

2.- Disconnect the affected devices from the data network, both wired and Wi-Fi. An affected device under a Ransomware attack, when disconnected from the network, won’t affect other devices.

3.- Send us the ransom note each affected device using the form on the right.

4.- Send samples of encrypted files from each affected device around 6 encrypted files, of small size (several kilobytes is sufficient). These samples should have various common file extensions, such as JPG, DOC, XLS, PPT, PDF, etc., using the same form.

6.- Avaliation the damage, make an inventory, and document everything.

7.- You must report the incident to the nearest POLICE station. It’s essential to report it as quickly as possible.

8.- Include the report to the Data Protection authorities with your complaint. This helps protect you from claims by customers and suppliers and strengthens your position for legal, tax, and social security requirements.

9.- Create an exact forensic RAW clone of all affected storage units, both mechanical and solid-state drives. Label and store the originals in a secure place. We will work with the copies.
